If you’re reading this, you’ve played a part in making SprayChic what it is today…
The Essence of SprayChic has been our passion to provide a convenient alternative to damaging UV rays during our client’s pursuit of a healthy appearance. A bi-product of this process is the enthusiasm we share in formulating an experience unique to each one of you. The recent coronavirus outbreak is now impacting the essence of what we do. Paramount to doing what you love is taking care of those who allow you to do it. I want to let each of you know that your overall safety and health is of the utmost importance to our staff.
During this time, I have considered greatly how we as a small business in the community play a role in helping to end this crisis. That has led me to the question of how we keep SprayChic’s continuity for serving each of you intact while maintaining a safe environment. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business I’ve concluded it prudent to discontinue services until April 21.
Our phone system is set up with an informative outgoing message but will not be taking messages. Appointments can still be requested online via our booking software for future dates. I will be monitoring the appointment requests and email inbox, but please know that the turnaround time may not be as prompt as you are used to.
I will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and make decisions by staying well informed and doing what is best for our community.
Please know this is one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make and the gravity as such took several sleepless nights and countless hours of scrutiny to arrive at. As a small business owner, closing your doors for an extended period can be crippling to your business, your family and your staff. So, if you’re looking to maintain a beautiful glow or perhaps cling to a bit of normalcy, I urge you to visit our online store and shop the variety of products we carry or consider a SprayChic gift certificate to redeem when we’ve beaten this virus.
Lastly, I’d ask to please do what you can to support other small businesses around your work and where you live. Most of us do what we do because we have a passion to serve. Your endorsement during this unprecedented situation will make a critical difference.
