Policies

  • Our sessions are by appointment only. Because we respect the privacy of our clients, please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to avoid overlapping with prior clients.
  • Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellation. A $15 fee will be charged if you cancel with less than 24-hour notice or do not show up for your appointment. If you are a package holder and do not provide a 24-hour notice a session will be deducted from your package. Also, being 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee a spot will be available.
  • We do not carry cash for travel appointments. Please be sure to have exact amount of cash. If coming to our location, we are able to accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
  • We do not accept checks as payment. If for some reason there is an exception made and the check is returned, there will be a $25 fee applied.
  • SprayChic only offers store credit for product returns. We do not refund back to original method of payment. Items can be returned within 10 days from date of purchase. Items must be in original condition in order to receive an exchange or store credit. Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached. All SALE items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Package sessions cannot be used for travel appointments. Travel appointments must be paid separately if you are a package holder and the travel fee will apply.
  • Discounts and coupons cannot be applied for travel appointments. SprayChic does not honor any other discounts, coupons or gift certificates for travel.
  • Male clients must wear some form of briefs. Sorry guys, we don’t want to see your junk!
